FloatRail Terms of Service

Welcome to FloatRail. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General
FloatRail provides products for sale to customers in the United States. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have parental or guardian consent to use this site. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion.

2. Products and Pricing

  • We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and specifications accurately. Colors may vary slightly due to individual screen settings, and we do not warrant that content is error-free.
  • Prices are listed in US dollars and are exclusive of any applicable state or local sales tax, which may be added at checkout depending on your location.
  • We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped. Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. Payments are processed through secure gateways with SSL encryption, and FloatRail does not store your card or bank details.

4. Safety and Age Recommendation
FloatRail sets are recommended for children aged 3 and up. They contain small parts and magnets and are not suitable for children under 3 years old because of choking and magnet-swallowing hazards. Adult supervision is recommended during play. Keep small parts and magnets away from young children. Seek immediate medical attention if a magnet or small part is swallowed. Do not use the product in any way other than intended.

5. Shipping and Returns
Orders are processed within 2-4 business days and delivered within 6-12 business days after shipping. Shipping and returns are governed by our separate Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms of Service.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including the FloatRail name, logo, images, text, and designs, is the property of FloatRail and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FloatRail is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, including delays caused by carriers or other events beyond our control. Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for the product. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain, where FloatRail is legally domiciled, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
